Thermal Webbing Tapes

Vitcas High Silica Webbing Tape is perfect for seals in kiln cars, furnaces and boilers due to its thermal insulation properties. It is also excellent for insulation in linings, exhausts and welding curtains.

Vitcas Texturised Basalt Fibre Tapes, or in other words Webbing Tapes, is essentially an exhaust insulation wrap. Resists temperatures not exceeding 700^oC and can resist against radiation and chemicals. This makes it ideal for insulating pipes in nuclear power plants.

Fibreglass Self-Adhesive Stove Thermal Tape – in white with self adhesive backing. Available in sizes 25mm x 2mm and 15mm x 2mm. For applications on stove glass, furnaces, boilers, metal work, pipe work and in seals around window frames in wood and coal stoves, as well as in fireplaces.

Stove Glass Fibre Heat Resistant Tape with a self adhesive backing strip. Available in black and in sizes 15mm x 2mm and 10mm x 2mm. Has many applications, such as for the replacing of sealing and insulating of stove glass, pipe coating, metal work, window frames in wood and coal stoves, as well as in fireplaces.

Heat Treated Thermal Tape is made from 'E' type glass fibre, which makes it ideal for wrapping around cables, wiring and exhausts in order to provide insulation and reduce the likelihood of a fire or flames from occuring. It can also minimise condensation in pipework. Dimesions: 50mm x 2mm.

Ceramic Fibre Tape can be used for many high temperature and insulation applications such as insulating of electric cables, wires, exhausts and pipes, as well as in high temperature sealing and gasketing of doors in various heating appliances. Resistant up to 1260^oC / 2300^oF.

Stove Thermal Ladder Tape is used to secure and seal around stove glass, usually in a situation where the tape is required on both sides of the glass. Suitable in applications such as in stove glass, furnaces and metal panels.

Glass Ladder Tape  has a unique structure making it ideal for use as an exterior layer over glass edges in stove, furnace and bakers ovens, as well as to insert fixing screws. Resistant to 550^oC / 1022^oF continuous working temperature. Available in White. Dimensions: 25 mm x 2 mm.

Glass Fibre Tape comes with a self-adhesive backing which makes its application easier and quicker. It withstands temperatures reaching 600^oC and can be used in high-heat applications such as in sealing and gasketing of glass windows in heating appliances such as ovens and stoves.
