Instructions for Use:

  1. Prepare the area where the refractory castable will be applied. Ensure it is clean and dry.
  2. Pour the dry refractory mix into a clean, dry mixing container.
  3. Gradually add approximately 2 litres of water for each 25 kilo bucket of refractory castable.
  4. Mix thoroughly to create a smooth, workable consistency. Avoid making it too runny or too thick.
  5. Apply the mixture immediately using a trowel, or shuttering/former such as a plastic pipe, shaping it as per your project's requirements.

Product Q&A
Hi, Is it possible for me to order just 10kg, I've already used 2x 25kg containers and am just a little short for finishing my project. I don't really want to order another 25kg, the project has already gone way over budget. Thanks, Andrew
No, the VITCAS Refractory Castable Grade 1700 is only available in a 25kg bucket.
