hi ,, can you tel me what you do with the fibre blanket and is this included with the oven or an extra

The ceramic fibre blanket does not come with the pizza oven, it has to bought additionally. For Pompeii 120, 7m of blanket are recommended for better insulation of the oven. After the oven has been fired once or twice, this is when you wood add the insulation. The Ceramic Fibre Blanket is applied to the outside of the oven using Ceramic Fibre Adhesive. The Pizza Oven Wire/mesh is placed on top of the blanket to keep it in place further and lastly the whole oven is rendered using Outdoor Oven Cement for waterproof properties. 

Therefore the insulation materials which need to be bought additionally are:

• Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Blanket - 7 Metres
• 2 tubes of Ceramic Fibre Adhesive
• 1 x chicken wire/mesh
• 2 x 20kg Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement
