Vermiculite Boards
Vitcas provides vermiculite based products such as our high strength, pressed vermiculite boards which are available in plain, reeded or brick effect pattern. This category also contains our high strength vermiculite fire bricks.
Thermal insulation boards
Vermiculite Fire Resistant Boards resist up to to 1100oC (2012oF). They come in three designs- flat, reeded and brick pattern.
They are commonly used to insulate fireplaces and other heating constructions. Insulation boards are easy to work with and can be cut with regular woodworking tools like jig saw, hand saw or circular saw.
Apart from their heat protective and insulating properties, they also have a decorative function- our brick effect and reeded boards will give a nice touch to your fireplace, stove, range cooker or hobby kiln.
Vermiculite bricks
The vermiculite fire bricks come in a set of 6. They have an exceptionally high temperature resistance up to 1000oC and they can be used for a variety of high heat applications due to this and due to their low thermal conductivity.
