Heat Accumulation Stoves

VITCAS^® Heat Accumulation Fireboards are high density ceramic refractory panels for heat accumulation and storage. Easy to fix without wires or framework. Fireboards can be used around fireplaces and stoves. Fireboards can eliminate overheating in the room, returning the heat gradually over time. 

Vitcas HB60 is a hydraulically setting, heat-resistant adhesive formulated for fixing tiles, fire bricks, and for use in the construction of stoves, wood-fired pizza ovens, tiled stoves, barbecue grills, and fireplaces. It is also suitable for gap filling and offers an extended working time, allowing for accurate positioning and adjustment during installation.

Vitcas Glass Fibre Mesh Fabric is designed for use in fireplace construction with heat accumulation or insulation boards. Coated with acrylic resin, it provides water protection, high flexibility, alkali resistance, and excellent durability, making it ideal for high-temperature applications.

VITCAS HB10 Rapid Setting Heat Resistant Adhesive for building fireplaces, stoves, tiled stoves and especially with heat accumulation boards. The short working time and setting time facilitates continuous construction without waiting for the material to set. 

Heatproof Plaster is a smooth-finish plaster which provides robust protection against high temperatures up to 650°C / 1200°F. It is ideal for areas around cassette fireplace openings, often referred to as "hole in the wall" fires, inset stoves, and next to wood-burning stoves and range cookers, where walls experience intense heat exposure.

Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive in Cartridge packaging to ensure easy use and application. Vitcas Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive should be used for fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, ranges, cookers and radiators.

Vitcas Board Adhesive - a specially formulated, heat resistant adhesive ideal for securing and sealing joints across a wide range of boards. This includes Vermiculite Board, High Temperature Plasterboard, Fireplace Construction Board, among other insulation and fireproof boards. Uniquely designed to handle extreme conditions, Vitcas Board Adhesive can resist temperatures up to an impressive 1350°C.

Heat Accumulation Fireboard Stripe Pattern -VITCAS ACC- has high thermal conductivity and heat storage and accumulation properties, which means that refractory panels in stoves and fireplaces  distribute heat into the room over time- less overheating.

VITCAS PVA Adhesive Sealer is a high-viscosity, water-resistant, rapid-drying emulsion primer designed for use in conjunction with VITCAS Heat Resistant Products. It is ideal for application on fireboards, tiles, and other porous surfaces.

Heat Resistant Glass Fibre Plasterboard Scrim Tape is for use in conjunction with Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster. The fibreglass self-adhesive tape is for joints and internal corners between plasterboards. The joints have a tendency to crack so they need to be taped and plastered over to secure it. 

VITCAS ACC- Heat Accumulation Fireboard Brick Pattern is available in yellow and white colour. Refractory panels for use around fireplaces as well as inside stoves. Easy to install without support. Hygienic and environmentally friendly.

VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Grout. For grouting tiles which have been fixed with VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive. Resistant to 1000°C. The tile grout fills in the gaps around tiles in a high temperature setting such as a fireplace, a tiled stove, or on the back wall of a range cooker.

Vitcas Heat Resistant Board Adhesive (310ml) is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1350°C. It is ideal for jointing and adhering high-temperature plasterboards, vermiculite boards, insulation boards, and construction boards to brickwork or blockwork. Perfect for use in high-temperature applications.

Fireproof Screed, a cement-like product, is resistant to 1400°C / 2550°F. For interior and exterior use. Its function is for Screeding Masonry and making replacement fire bricks for Kilns, Fireplaces, Barbeques and Pizza Ovens. Protects vulnerable materials, which are in danger of being damaged by high heat exposure.

Vitcas CFC Chimney and Flue Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning agent designed to eliminate creosote, soot, and tar deposits from chimneys and flue linings, including stainless steel flexible liners. Regular use not only ensures internal cleanliness but also helps to prevent chimney fires. For optimal effectiveness, apply 2–4 scoops of the cleaner twice weekly.

VITCAS CS Fireplace Construction Board is an insulation board resistant to 1100°C / 1830°F. Perfect for use in fireplaces, tiled stoves and corner firesides. Suitable where there is no pre-existing chimney breast or in the centre of a wall or the corner of a room. Simpler and quicker to install than ever before!

Fireproof Render is ideal for rendering brick, stone, concrete, and breeze block fireplaces and stoves. This base coat is designed to support the Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster finish coat. It withstands temperatures up to 1400°C / 2550°F.

Vitcas Heat Accumulation Ceramic Fire Rings are of a high density, with good thermal conductivity and high heat accumulation and heat storage properties. This refractory ring accumulate the heat from fireplaces or stoves, and return that heat back into the room. Saves money and energy.
