HRG - Heat Resistant Grout

Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Grout is a specialised grout formulated to withstand temperatures up to 1000°C / 1830°F, making it the perfect solution for grouting tiles in high-temperature environments. When paired with Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive, this grout ensures a durable, heat-resistant finish that maintains its integrity in high heat conditions such as fireplaces, stoves and boilers etc.

Instructions for Use:

1. Wait for Adhesive to Set: Ensure that tiles fixed with Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive are completely set before grouting. This usually takes a few days to ensure a strong bond.
2. Mixing: Combine the grout with water until it reaches a trowelling consistency.
3. Application: Use a grouting float to apply the grout evenly between the tiles.
4. Final Steps: After approximately 30 minutes, wipe off any excess grout with a damp cloth for a clean finish.

Pro Tip: Ensure that the tile adhesive is fully cured before applying grout to avoid compromising the bond between the tiles and the surface.
