VITCAS Flue Cement is a high-temperature, ready-mixed fireproof mortar, specially formulated for the safe installation and jointing of clay and concrete flue liners. It is ideal for use with domestic fires and stoves, including coal, wood-burning, and gas (including flame effect) appliances.

Vitcas Heat Resistant Board Adhesive (310ml) is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1350°C. It is ideal for jointing and adhering high-temperature plasterboards, vermiculite boards, insulation boards, and construction boards to brickwork or blockwork. Perfect for use in high-temperature applications.

Heatproof Plaster is a smooth-finish plaster which provides robust protection against high temperatures up to 650°C / 1200°F. It is ideal for areas around cassette fireplace openings, often referred to as "hole in the wall" fires, inset stoves, and next to wood-burning stoves and range cookers, where walls experience intense heat exposure.

Vitcas Board Adhesive - a specially formulated, heat resistant adhesive ideal for securing and sealing joints across a wide range of boards. This includes Vermiculite Board, High Temperature Plasterboard, Fireplace Construction Board, among other insulation and fireproof boards. Uniquely designed to handle extreme conditions, Vitcas Board Adhesive can resist temperatures up to an impressive 1350°C.

Black fire cement for both domestic and commercial applications, ideal for use on fire bricks, grates, flue pipes, boilers, and other areas exposed to extreme heat. It provides excellent adhesion to fire bricks, blockwork, stone, and clayware. Resistant to high temperatures up to 1250°C / 2280°F

Rated for continuous exposure up to 1300°C / 2370°F, it provides reliable bonding and airtight sealing on ceramics, metals, silica-based materials and glass in demanding high-heat environments.

Vitcas® Heat Resistant Filler is a perfect solution for filling in small cracks and joints in high-temperature environments. Ideal for use with HT High Temperature Plasterboard joints, this filler offers unmatched heat resistance, up to 1000°C / 1830°F, ensuring durability and reliability.

Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive in Cartridge packaging to ensure easy use and application. Vitcas Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive should be used for fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, ranges, cookers and radiators.

VITCAS HB10 Rapid Setting Heat Resistant Adhesive for building fireplaces, stoves, tiled stoves and especially with heat accumulation boards. The short working time and setting time facilitates continuous construction without waiting for the material to set. 

Vitcas HB60 is a hydraulically setting, heat-resistant adhesive formulated for fixing tiles, fire bricks, and for use in the construction of stoves, wood-fired pizza ovens, tiled stoves, barbecue grills, and fireplaces. It is also suitable for gap filling and offers an extended working time, allowing for accurate positioning and adjustment during installation.

Vitcas Rope High Temperature Adhesive- Stove Rope Seal Glue. High temperature adhesive that withstands very high temperatures is used to secure thermal rope/tape and ceramic fibre seal. Especially designed for range cookers, boilers, wood-burning or multi-fuel stoves.

VITCAS^® Heat Accumulation Fireboards are high density ceramic refractory panels for heat accumulation and storage. Easy to fix without wires or framework. Fireboards can be used around fireplaces and stoves. Fireboards can eliminate overheating in the room, returning the heat gradually over time. 

VITCAS Heatproof Mortar is a ready-mixed, air-setting refractory cement specifically designed for indoor applications in high-temperature environments. This air-setting mortar is designed for setting fire bricks, brick slips, and insulation materials in heating appliances and fire protection systems. It offers excellent adhesion and forms strong, smoke- and gas-tight joints, withstanding continuous exposure to temperatures up to 1400°C (2552°F).

Heat Resistant Concrete Fireback is a refractory fireback designed for installation on the wall behind a fireplace. Available in 16" (400mm) and 18" (460mm) nominal sizes. Any open spaces left behind the fireback can be filled using Vitcas Vermiculite Insulating Cement to ensure a secure fit and optimal heat insulation.

Vitcas Heat Accumulation Ceramic Fire Rings are of a high density, with good thermal conductivity and high heat accumulation and heat storage properties. This refractory ring accumulate the heat from fireplaces or stoves, and return that heat back into the room. Saves money and energy. 

VITCAS Heat Resistant Fireback Lintel is available in 16" (400mm) and 18" (460mm), designed for use in open fireplaces. It helps the fireplace retain more heat in the room, prevents the formation of carbon monoxide, and serves as a decorative addition. Best used in combination with Vitcas Heat Resistant Firebacks.

Fireproof Screed, a cement-like product, is resistant to 1400°C / 2550°F. For interior and exterior use. Its function is for Screeding Masonry and making replacement fire bricks for Kilns, Fireplaces, Barbeques and Pizza Ovens. Protects vulnerable materials, which are in danger of being damaged by high heat exposure.

Fireproof Render is ideal for rendering brick, stone, concrete, and breeze block fireplaces and stoves. This base coat is designed to support the Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster finish coat. It withstands temperatures up to 1400°C / 2550°F.

VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Grout. For grouting tiles which have been fixed with VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive. Resistant to 1000°C. The tile grout fills in the gaps around tiles in a high temperature setting such as a fireplace, a tiled stove, or on the back wall of a range cooker.
