VITCAS CS Fireplace Construction Board is an insulation board resistant to 1100°C / 1830°F. Perfect for use in fireplaces, tiled stoves and corner firesides. Suitable where there is no pre-existing chimney breast or in the centre of a wall or the corner of a room. Simpler and quicker to install than ever before!

VITCAS PVA Adhesive Sealer is an emulsion primer that should be utilised in conjunction with VITCAS Heat Resistant Products. High viscosity, water resistant and rapid drying material. To be used on fireboards, tiles and surfaces.

Vitcas HB60 is a hydraulic setting, heat resistant adhesive designed for fixing tiles, bricks and in the construction of stoves, pizza ovens, tiled stoves, grills and fireplaces. The adhesive can be used for gap filling as well and has a good working time.

Vitcas Board Primer is to be utilised on Vitcas Fireplace Construction Board. It is applied over the edges of the board in order to harden them and hence strengthen the board. Used prior to the application of Vitcas Board Adhesive. Very easy and quick in its application.

Heatproof Plaster is a smooth-finish plaster which provides robust protection against high temperatures up to 650°C / 1200°F. It is ideal for areas around cassette fireplace openings, often referred to as "hole in the wall" fires, inset stoves, and next to wood-burning stoves and range cookers, where walls experience intense heat exposure.

VITCAS High Temperature Silicone is a flexible sealant designed to withstand high temperatures up to 315ºC. It is perfect for joints in contact with high temperatures, such as flues, ovens, gaskets, stoves, boilers, and more. Heat Resistant silicone sealant provides excellent adhesion to most building materials, ensuring a strong and durable bond.

Aluminium Foil Tape with self-adhesive backing is perfect for applications which require thermal and electrical conductivity such as in pipe lagging, central heating systems and ventilation.

Vitcas® Heat Resistant Filler is a perfect solution for filling in small cracks and joints in high-temperature environments. Ideal for use with High Temperature Plasterboard joints, this filler offers unmatched heat resistance, up to 1000°C / 1830°F, ensuring durability and reliability.

Heat Resistant Glass Fibre Plasterboard Scrim Tape is for use in conjunction with Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster. The fibreglass self-adhesive tape is for joints and internal corners between plasterboards. The joints have a tendency to crack so they need to be taped and plastered over to secure it. 

Vitcas^® CFC Chimney and Flue Cleaner is an excellent cleaning product for eliminating creosote, soot and tar deposits from chimneys and flue linings. Can even be used on stainless steel flexible flue liners. Can also prevent chimney fires. For maximum effect, use 2-4 scoops of the cleaner twice each week.

Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive in Cartridge packaging to ensure easy use and application. Vitcas Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive should be used for fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, ranges, cookers and radiators.

Vitcas Board Adhesive - a specially formulated, heat resistant adhesive ideal for securing and sealing joints across a wide range of boards. This includes Vermiculite Board, High Temperature Plasterboard, Fireplace Construction Board, among other insulation and fireproof boards. Uniquely designed to handle extreme conditions, Vitcas Board Adhesive can resist temperatures up to an impressive 1350°C.

Vitcas Heat Resistant Board Adhesive (310ml) is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1350°C. It is ideal for jointing and adhering high-temperature plasterboards, vermiculite boards, insulation boards, and construction boards to brickwork or blockwork. Perfect for use in high-temperature applications.
