Instructions:
Before applying the sealant, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and any other contaminants.
Cut the nozzle to the desired size and apply the sealant in a continuous bead using a caulking gun.
Smooth the sealant with a spatula or finger to ensure a proper seal.
Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours before exposing it to high temperatures or other environmental factors.
Note: If you are unsure about the temperature in the area of proposed application and it exceeds 300ºC, we recommend using Vitcas Heat Resistant Sealant or Vitcas Black Fire Cement instead.
