Fire Protection

PU Polyurethane Coated Glass Fibre SMOKE Cloth is halogen free, impermeable to gases, and has high stability. In addition it is also fire proof and has a temperature resistance of up to 600^oC short duration working temperature. Can be used in fire and smoke applications.

Bio Insulation Blanket with Aluminium Foil is a high-performance thermal insulation solution resistant up to 1200°C. Made from bio-soluble fibres, this eco-friendly blanket provides excellent thermal resistance while ensuring safety and sustainability. The aluminium foil layer enhances its insulating properties and reflects radiant heat for use in high-temperature applications and thermal processing equipment.

Vermiculite Fire Resistant Board -Fire-proof Insulation VITCAS Fire-proof Insulation Board Refractory to 1100ºC (2010ºF). Vermiculite Fire Resistant Insulation board is used as head shield, register plates or replacement fire bricks for wood burning or multi fuel stoves.

VITCAS High Temperature Plasterboard is a non-combustible fireproof board which does not contain any gypsum. Can be used with Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster in areas where Vitcas Fireplace Render cannot be applied. Non-flammable rating A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1:2002. Fire and water-resistant, mould and mildew resistant.

VITCAS Intumescent Acoustic Sealant Mastic. The sealant provides a 4 hour fire barrier by swelling up in the event of a fire. The sealant also has excellent sound damping properties which is ideal for use in door frames and window sills.

VITCAS Fibreglass Sleeving is designed to protect vessels, pipes and hoses against high temperatures and abrasion. The glass fibre sleeving also helps reduce heat loss and increase efficiency. Resistant up to 550°C / 1020°F. Available in white colour.

Vitcas Fire Rated Silicone Sealant is designed for fire protection purposes in the joints inside buildings. In the event of a fire, it will be able to maintain integrity and insulation value for 4 hours.

Aluminium Foiled Glass Fibre Cloth is available in 0.45mm or 1.5mm thickness. Aluminium foiling reduces fraying. The fibreglass reduces loss of heat.  Applications include making protective items such as covers and gloves across different industries working at 550°C / 1020°F.

Hose and Cable White Fibreglass Braided Sleeving. Available in diameters 10mm,15mm & 20mm. The sleeving is made from braided fibreglass and comes in white. Used for insulating and protecting electric wires & cables, hoses, gas & water pipes etc from aggressive fluids, gases and high temperature.
