VITCAS Heatproof Mortar is a ready-mixed, air-setting refractory cement specifically designed for indoor applications in high-temperature environments. This air-setting mortar is designed for setting fire bricks, brick slips, and insulation materials in heating appliances and fire protection systems. It offers excellent adhesion and forms strong, smoke- and gas-tight joints, withstanding continuous exposure to temperatures up to 1400°C (2552°F).

Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive in Cartridge packaging to ensure easy use and application. Vitcas Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive should be used for fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, ranges, cookers and radiators.

Stove Thermal Ladder Tape is designed to secure and seal around stove glass, typically required on both sides of the glass to ensure an airtight seal. VITCAS Adhesive and Grout Spreader is designed for spreading Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive, levelling, and finishing. It can also be used with products requiring a 3mm bed, such as Board Adhesive and Heatproof Mortar. Features a 6mm notched side for spreading adhesives and a rubber strip for precise grouting.

Stove Fire Rope – White, Soft – A range of soft, knitted glass fibre rope seals available in diameters from 6mm to 25mm, with a maximum service temperature of 550°C / 1020°F. Ideal for sealing and jointing in stove flue systems, around stove doors and glass, and between stove panels.

Stove Fire Rope comes in diameters from 6mm to 12mm and withstands temperatures up to 550°C (1020°F). Made from soft, knitted fibres, it offers flexibility for a precise fit. The black finish makes it ideal for airtight seals in stove flue systems, stove doors, and around glass, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

Vitcas White Stove Rope Pack contains 2 metres of white fire rope, available in diameters from 6mm to 12mm. Ideal for sealing, jointing, and gasketing in high-temperature applications like stove doors, flue systems, and stove glass. Heat resistant up to 550°C (1020°F).

Fibreglass Self-Adhesive Stove Thermal Tape (white) with self-adhesive backing is ideal for sealing and insulating stove glass, furnaces, boilers, metalwork, and pipework. It is also used in seals around window frames in wood and coal stoves, as well as in fireplaces.

Stove Glass Fibre Thermal Tape (Black) with a self-adhesive backing is ideal for sealing and insulating high-temperature areas. Commonly used for stove glass, pipe coating, metalwork, and window frames in wood and coal stoves, as well as fireplaces, providing effective thermal insulation.

Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Sealing Strip. Available in white and in sizes 6x3mm or 10x4mm. Provides an airtight seal between the panels of the stoves, and between a stove door and the glass in a stove door. Also allows for expansion of the glass with the heat.  Resistant up to 1260°C / 2300°F.

Stove Fire Rope – White and Firm is made from braided glass fibres and is available in diameters from 3mm to 20mm. Resistant to 550°C (1020°F), it is ideal for high-temperature sealing, jointing, and gasketing, including flue system connections to appliances.

VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Grout. For grouting tiles which have been fixed with VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive. Resistant to 1000°C. The tile grout fills in the gaps around tiles in a high temperature setting such as a fireplace, a tiled stove, or on the back wall of a range cooker.

Stove Fire Rope - Black is a firm, braided fire rope available in diameters from 6mm to 12mm, with heat resistance up to 550°C (1020°F). It is ideal for high-temperature sealing, jointing, and gasketing applications, such as sealing flue systems to stoves and other heating appliances.

Vitcas CFC Chimney and Flue Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning agent designed to eliminate creosote, soot, and tar deposits from chimneys and flue linings, including stainless steel flexible liners. Regular use not only ensures internal cleanliness but also helps to prevent chimney fires. For optimal effectiveness, apply 2–4 scoops of the cleaner twice weekly.

Firebrick Replacement Material. Vitcas Mouldable Firebrick is a specially formulated blend of high quality refractory (heat resistant) aggregates and bonding fire clay, resulting in a product which can be moulded into any shape to replace ordinary firebrick.

VITCAS High Temperature Silicone is a flexible sealant designed to withstand high temperatures up to 315ºC. It is perfect for joints in contact with high temperatures, such as flues, ovens, gaskets, stoves, boilers, and more. Heat Resistant silicone sealant provides excellent adhesion to most building materials, ensuring a strong and durable bond.

Stove Rope Replacement Kit is in diameters from 6mm to 12mm. Contains 2 metres of Vitcas White Fire Rope, Vitcas Rope Adhesive and Protective Gloves. The kit is for renewal of any sealing in your stove e.g. in its flue system, or between the stove door and body of the stove, or in the stove glass.

The Vitcas Black Stove Rope Kit contains 2 metres of fire rope, black rope adhesive, and protective gloves, making it perfect for sealing stove doors and joints. Available in diameters ranging from 6mm to 12mm, it ensures a secure and heat-resistant seal in high-temperature applications.

VITCAS PVA Adhesive Sealer is a high-viscosity, water-resistant, rapid-drying emulsion primer designed for use in conjunction with VITCAS Heat Resistant Products. It is ideal for application on fireboards, tiles, and other porous surfaces.
