HB10-Rapid Setting Adhesive 750°C

Vitcas HB10 Heat-Resistant Adhesive is a rapid-setting, hydraulic-bonded adhesive designed for high-temperature applications in fireplaces, stoves, tiled stoves, and heat storage constructions. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it excels in joining prefabricated elements, single tiles, and external constructions with or without air gaps. Its fast-setting formula allows for efficient and easy application, while its high heat accumulation properties make it ideal for fireplace components that absorb and radiate heat back into the room. When applied thickly, Vitcas HB10 ensures a strong, durable bond with excellent heat resistance up to 750°C / 1380°F.

Application Instructions:

1. Preparation: Open the container and stir the dry product thoroughly before adding water.
2. Mixing: Mix with cold tap water at a ratio of 200ml per 1kg of adhesive. Stir until smooth and only prepare the quantity you can use within 10 minutes.
3. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or other contaminants. Do not apply to damp or wet materials.
4. Application: Apply the adhesive evenly onto dry materials. Avoid using old or hardened adhesive to ensure optimal bonding.
5. Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure completely before exposing it to high temperatures, ensuring long-lasting performance.
