The Vitcas Ceramic Fiber Tape SS may be used for high temperature applications reaching 1260oC / 2300°F. The Ceramic Fibre Tape has high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, low thermal and electrical conductivity and resists most corrosive substances i.e. is acid-proof and alkali-proof. The ceramic fibre tape can be used for insulation of pipes, exhausts, wires and electric cables, for high temperature sealing and gasketing and for protective and safety curtains. The ceramic fiber tape is available in three sizes- 50mmx3mm, 75mmx3mm, 100mmx3mm. The tape can be purchased by the metre.
