Vitcas Bread / Pizza Oven Thermometer
Bimetal Strip type. A free standing thermometer for use in wood burning, outdoor and indoor bread and pizza ovens with temperatures reaching 500oC / 932oF. The thermometer has a wide temperature range of 0-500oC / 32-932oF. Therefore its heat resistance is significantly higher than most oven thermometers.
