- Do I need to use Vitcas heat resistant products for the whole chimney breast? The minimum areas of high heat around a cassette stove are approximately 900mm above the fire and 400mm to the sides and below. This is the minimum area that you would need to use Vitcas heat resistant products.
- I already have installed boards around my cassette stove; can I use Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster on them? We would only recommend that Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster is to be applied to Vitcas boards. We cannot guarantee the results if it is applied to a different board.
