- WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS ? We are open Monday to Friday, 8am until 4.30pm every week. We only close for national bank holidays and have a Christmas shut down period which is advertised in advance.
- HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ? The easiest way to order is to use our online shop here. The online shop can calculate shipping costs to different postcodes and different countries once you have added the items to your shopping cart. - HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ? Our online shop can accept payment from all major credit and debit cards but we are currently unable to accept American Express cards. The online shop can also accept payment via PayPal if this is a preferred method.
- CAN I COME AND COLLECT MY ORDER ? No, we do not offer collection from our Manufacturing Unit. You are welcome to purchase from our online shop and have the goods delivered to you in a timely manner.
- DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY? It is important that someone is home to check and sign for your delivery. In the event of no one being home to sign for your parcel, your parcel may not be delivered and a redelivery charge may be incurred before the goods can be sent out again.
- DO YOU HAVE ANY LOCAL STOCKISTS IN MY AREA ? Unfortunately we do not hold a list of local stockists. Many independent businesses and traders purchase from us, in varying quantities, all over the country.
