WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES ?

We use three main third party delivery methods. The method and delivery time varies mainly depending on which items you have chosen and occasionally on the postcode they are being delivered to. All delivery times quoted are estimated times and cannot be guaranteed by VITCAS.

1. Post. We use Royal Mail to deliver small, lightweight items.

The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days.

2. Courier. We use a courier for parcel delivery. There are limitations and exceptions to this as some items are too large or fragile and need to be transported on a pallet. For example, large boards and firebacks would be required to travel on a pallet to ensure they arrive safely.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 working days and your parcel may be delivered between 8am-6pm.

3. Pallet. We use a pallet network company for products which require pallet delivery such as pizza ovens, bricks and boards etc.

This is a kerbside service.

The standard delivery time is 2-3 working days and all our orders are dispatched on a book in service. This means they will need to call you in order to schedule and book the delivery date with you to ensure someone is home to receive the pallet. They deliver between 9am-6pm.
