  2. WILL VITCAS PAY FOR MY RETURN COSTS ? VITCAS is not responsible for refunding any carriage costs, including those incurred when returning goods. The goods must be returned by the customer's own courier at the customer's own cost and risk.

  8. CAN VITCAS COME AND INSTALL / BUILD MY OVEN ? Unfortunately we do not offer an installation service and we do not have any staff who are able to come and construct any projects or use our products. For any information on how to construct any projects, contact us.
