MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO ?

VITCAS aims to supply all of our goods in excellent condition.

We will repair or replace any item found defective or damaged upon delivery or while unloading.

It is very important that goods are checked while the courier is still there so items can be refused or signed for as damaged otherwise we may not be able to open a claim.

Please contact us on 0117 911 7895 as soon as you can to let us know so we can resolve your situation immediately. We may ask you to provide photographs of your items.
