VITCAS Arch Fire bricks

Vitcas Arch Fire Bricks are specially engineered refractory bricks designed for high-temperature applications, such as constructing the arched doorway or the entire roof section of bread ovens, outdoor pizza ovens, and other outdoor cooking structures. Arch fire bricks offer heat resistance, ensuring durability in extreme heat environments.

Key Features:

• High-Temperature Resistance: Ideal for outdoor ovens and other high-heat applications.
• Precision Tapered Design: Dimensions of 230mm (Length) x 114mm (Height) x 76mm, tapering to 54mm on the side, allowing for a snug fit in arches or dome structures.
• Optimal Coverage: 17 bricks will form a 640mm-wide arch, providing a strong, heat-efficient structure.

Applications:

• Bread Ovens: Perfect for creating a sturdy, heat-retaining arch around the oven doorway.
• Pizza Ovens: Can be used to form both the arch and the entire oven roof, ensuring even heat distribution.
• Fireplace Arches: Suitable for constructing decorative and functional arches in high-temperature fireplaces.
• Outdoor Cooking Structures: Durable enough for use in barbecues, fire pits, and smokehouses.

Recommended Materials for Jointing:

• Outdoor Oven Cement: For tight joints between 4-6mm, offering a secure and heat-resistant bond.
• Vitcas Heatproof Screed: For larger joints of 10-12mm, providing strength and stability under high heat.

Please note that due to the inherent manufacturing process, there may be slight variations of +/-3mm in the size of the bricks. Similarly, subtle colour variations may occur between bricks, which does not affect the product's performance. It is also normal to find small chips on the bricks; this is not a product fault but rather a characteristic of the fire clay brick. These can be easily covered by Mortar or Cement, if required.
