Fire Bricks Arch Set of 17 bricks

Vitcas Fire Bricks Arch Set, an essential building material for constructing an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. This set comes with 17 arch fire bricks that are designed to make the arch around the doorway or can be used to form the entire roof section of the oven.

Instructions for Use:

1. Lay out the fire bricks in the desired pattern, using the included 17 bricks to form an arch with an opening of 560mm across.
2. Use Outdoor Oven Cement for tight joints (4-6mm) and Heatproof Screed for larger joints (10-12mm) to join the bricks together.
3. Apply the cement or screed to the surfaces to be joined and press the bricks together, ensuring that the joints are filled evenly.
4. Allow the cement or screed to dry completely before using the oven.

Note: Allow the oven to dry and cure fully before lighting the fire for the first time.

Manufacturing Tolerance and Variations:

Please note that due to the inherent manufacturing process, there may be slight variations of +/-3mm in the size of the bricks. Similarly, subtle colour variations may occur between bricks, which does not affect the product's performance. It is also normal to find small chips on the bricks; this is not a product fault but rather a characteristic of the fire clay brick. These can be easily covered by VITCAS Refractory Mortar or Outdoor Oven Cement, if required.
