Vitcas-L Brick Pizza Oven is a large, ready-to-use traditional wood-fired oven designed for outdoor kitchens, patios and garden entertaining. Manufactured from durable fire bricks and high-performance refractory cast sections, it delivers excellent heat retention and consistent performance for authentic wood-fired cooking. Supplied in four sections for easier handling, the brick pizza oven is simple to assemble and ideal for making pizzas, bread, roasted vegetables, or slow-cooked dishes.

Installation Notes

Vitcas-L brick oven requires a solid, level base and clear access to the installation site. Due to the weight of each section, more than one person will be needed for positioning. The front oven section includes a cast-in outlet for attaching a Vitcas Stainless Steel Chimney Flue with cowl and damper (available in our online shop), which improves airflow and overall cooking efficiency.

Insulation Requirements

We strongly recommend properly insulating the pizza oven, as it helps improve cooking performance, reduce heat loss, and protect the supporting surface beneath the oven.

Insulate the oven base with Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Insulation Board 50mm
Seal edges with Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement to create a weather-resistant barrier

We recommend that there should be a minimum clearance of 900mm between the outdoor pizza oven and any combustible material.
