Vitcas-L Brick Pizza Oven is a large, pre-built wood-burning oven, designed for outdoor cooking. It is constructed from high-quality refractory cement and fire clay bricks, insulated with high-temperature materials for superior heat retention. The oven comes in four pieces: 2 top sections, 2 base sections, and includes 1 tube of Vitcas Heat Resistant Silicone, a 5kg tub of Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement, and a freestanding black metal door.

Important Notes:

• This brick oven is very heavy and requires clear access to the installation site, along with sufficient manpower for setup.
• There is a pre-drilled hole located in front of the door, designed for the Vitcas Stainless Steel Chimney Flue with cowl and damper (available in our store).

Recommendations for Installation:

• The oven base must be fully supported and insulated with Vitcas 50mm Ceramic Fibre Board to enhance performance. To make the insulation waterproof, cover the edges with Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement.
