Installation & Insulation Guidelines:
To ensure safe operation and long-lasting heat retention, we strongly recommend the following steps:

Base Insulation:Install the oven on a fully supported and level base, insulated underneath with Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Board 50mm.

Dome Insulation (after initial firing):

Wrap the dome in Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Blanket (7 metres recommended)

Adhere the insulation blanket with Ceramic Fibre Adhesive

Secure with pizza oven mesh
-
Render with Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement to make it weatherproof

Finish by painting ore tiling, if desired
