Installation & Insulation Guidelines:
To maximise performance and ensure long-term durability, we strongly recommend the following steps:

Base Insulation:Fully support and insulate the oven base using Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Insulation Board 50mm for thermal efficiency and stability.

Dome Insulation (after initial curing fires):

Apply Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Insulation Blanket (minimum 7 metres recommended) to the dome

Fix the blanket using Ceramic Fibre Adhesive

Secure with metal wire mesh
-
Render with Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement to make the oven waterproof

Once rendered, the exterior can be painted or tiled, if desired
