Installation & Insulation Recommendations:

To ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency, we strongly recommend the following:

1. Base Insulation:Install the oven on a stable and fully supported base. Insulate underneath using Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Insulation Board 50mm for improved heat retention and safety.

2. Dome Insulation (after initial curing fires):

   • Wrap the oven with Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Insulation Blanket (7 metres recommended)

   • Use Ceramic Fibre Adhesive to bond the blanket to the dome

   • Cover with pizza oven mesh/wire netting

   • Render the entire dome with Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement to weatherproof the surface

   • Optionally, finish by painting the exterior for a personalised look

• 2 x Ceramic Fibre Adhesive Tubes

• 1 x Pizza Oven Mesh Netting
