Vitcas Heat Resistant Paint – High Temperature Spray 400ml – Silver is designed to withstand temperatures up to 800°C (1472°F). It is ideal for painting furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other equipment exposed to high heat.

VITCAS PVA Adhesive Sealer is a high-viscosity, water-resistant, rapid-drying emulsion primer designed for use in conjunction with VITCAS Heat Resistant Products. It is ideal for application on fireboards, tiles, and other porous surfaces.

Plaster & Render Mixing Paddle is ideal for use with Vitcas Fireplace Render, Heatproof Screed, Heat Resistant Plaster, and other Vitcas dry powder products. Designed for electric drills, it efficiently mixes water with plasters and renders.

VITCAS Adhesive and Grout Spreader is designed for spreading Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive, levelling, and finishing. It can also be used with products requiring a 3mm bed, such as Board Adhesive and Heatproof Mortar. Features a 6mm notched side for spreading adhesives and a rubber strip for precise grouting.

It is ideal for painting stoves, radiators, furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other equipment exposed to high temperatures in both domestic and industrial settings.

Heat Resistant Glass Fibre Plasterboard Scrim Tape is for use in conjunction with Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster. The fibreglass self-adhesive tape is for joints and internal corners between plasterboards. The joints have a tendency to crack so they need to be taped and plastered over to secure it. 

Vitcas Vermiculite Insulating Cement is a non-combustible, pre-mixed lightweight aggregate cement mix. Used for backing insulation and non-structural infill. Suitable for filling in gaps between firebacks and fireplaces, cast iron fireplaces and outdoor pizza ovens.

Vitcas CFC Chimney and Flue Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning agent designed to eliminate creosote, soot, and tar deposits from chimneys and flue linings, including stainless steel flexible liners. Regular use not only ensures internal cleanliness but also helps to prevent chimney fires. For optimal effectiveness, apply 2–4 scoops of the cleaner twice weekly.

VITCAS High Temperature Plasterboard is a non-combustible fireproof board which does not contain any gypsum. Can be used with Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster in areas where Vitcas Fireplace Render cannot be applied. Non-flammable rating A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1:2019. Fire and water-resistant, mould and mildew resistant.

Vitcas® BLACK Fire Cement is a high-temperature resistant sealant specifically designed for repairing and patching firebricks, fireplaces, solid fuel ovens, and boilers. Withstanding temperatures up to 1250ºC / 2280°F, it provides excellent adhesion and durability, making it ideal for sealing joints and cracks in high-heat environments.

Vitcas Heat Resistant Paint – High Temperature Spray 400ml – Red is designed to withstand temperatures up to 300°C (572°F). It is ideal for painting brake callipers on cars and motorbikes, as well as furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other metal surfaces exposed to high heat.

Firebrick Replacement Material. Vitcas Mouldable Firebrick is a specially formulated blend of high quality refractory (heat resistant) aggregates and bonding fire clay, resulting in a product which can be moulded into any shape to replace ordinary firebrick.

Brick & Concrete Cutting Diamond Disc is designed for cutting fire bricks, outdoor pizza oven bases, and concrete materials. It must be attached to a grinder or other power tool for use. The diamond cutting disc is durable and ensures precise cutting across various materials.

Vitcas Outdoor Pizza Oven Cement is an hydraulic-set mortar designed for exterior jointing with fire bricks in applications such as pizza ovens, barbecues, smokehouses, bread ovens, fire pits and other high-temperature applications. This kind of outdoor fire cement is water-insoluble, resistant to rain and frost and cures without the need for heat.

Vitset 45 is a versatile, ready-mixed refractory mortar designed to withstand temperatures as high as 1700°C /3100°F. Ideal for trowelling, patching and setting various high-grade refractory and insulation fire bricks rated above 1400°C. Suitable for use with ceramic fibre boards and blankets, making it a practical solution for both repairs and new installations in high-temperature environments.

Vitcas Refractory Mortar – Vitset 80 is a ready-mixed, high-alumina mortar that withstands temperatures up to 1750°C / 3180°F. It is air-setting and ideal for setting, dipping, coating, and spraying refractory bricks. Suitable for industrial applications like steel production and foundries.

Vitcas Refractory Mortar- Vitset 85. A high alumina content, ready mixed cement which rates up to 1810ºC / 3290^oF. 

Vitset 90 is a high alumina, ready-mixed refractory mortar, renowned for its exceptional heat resistance and stability up to 1860°C (3380°F). Ideal for industrial applications such as setting pre-cast shapes and sliding gate plates, this air-setting mortar offers practicality and reliability in demanding thermal environments.

VITCAS Silcas A is a ready-mixed, air-setting refractory mortar that offers high-temperature resistance up to 1400°C / 2550°F. It is specifically designed for jointing and setting fire bricks, making it ideal for use in high-heat applications such as kilns, furnaces, and other industrial heating equipment.

VITCAS Silcas M - Air Setting Ready Mixed Refractory Mortar for lightweight firebricks and insulation materials up to 1430°C / 2600°F. It is a white refractory mortar so may be used where white mortar is needed for visual and aesthetic purposes. Used for setting and jointing of bricks and other products.
