Product Q&A
Which rope would be best suited for a stove door, the soft or firm one. 12 mm diameter
The Vitcas Stove Fire Rope in Firm will be best suited for sealing inside a stove door. It comes in either black or white. 12mm thickness is available in both colours.
Would this item be better suited for a wood burner door than the soft fire rope
Generally, we recommend the Stove Rope in Soft for this application in a wood burner, but both Soft and Firm are appropriate to use.
