Rapidcas N20 - Rapid Setting High Strength Cement

Rapidcas N20 is a specially formulated cementitious composite designed for quick and efficient repairs and installations. Easy to trowel and apply, it sets hard within 60 minutes, making it ideal for both emergency and scheduled maintenance. Its rapid setting properties and high strength allow it to be used in critical infrastructure and industrial applications, as well as for general repairs.

Rapidcas N20 meets the DOT directive for Roads and Bridges HD 27/94 Vol 7 Sec. 2, allowing roads to be trafficked after just 2 hours, at which time the material reaches a strength of 20 N/mm², making it highly suitable for urgent road repairs and high-traffic areas.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are free of oil, grease, and dust. Dampen the surface with a wet brush before application.
2. Mixing: Mix with clean, cold water to achieve a stiff consistency. The recommended water addition is approximately 150 ml per 1 kg of powder. For thicker sections, up to 50% by volume of aggregate may be added.
3. Working Time: The working time is around 10 minutes at 21°C. Lower temperatures will extend the setting time. Mix only the amount of mortar that can be placed within the working time.
4. Application: Apply the mixed mortar immediately to the required area for best results.
