Premium T Fire Cement is used for repairing special parts inside fish and chip frying rangers, kebab cookers, etc. found in fast food and takeaway places. The fire cement is also used in warming trays and chafing dishes found in restaurants and buffets. It can withstand temperatures reaching 1400oC.
Vitcas Premium T Fire Cement is primarily for use in fish and chip frying ranges, kebab cookers, chafing dishes and warming trays.
Characteristics:
This fire cement works in the following way. The gas flame beneath the cooker or frying range is spread across by so-called nibbed cones. These nibbed cones sometimes need repairing and that is what the Premium T cement is for.
Resistant to 1400oC / 2550oF.
Applications:
- Chafing dishes & warming trays, particularly found in hotel restaurants and buffet-type restaurants
- Fish and chip frying ranges kebab cooking ranges found mainly in fast food restaurants
