Firepit Construction
Fire pits are the perfect addition to your garden or patio that will provide you with the optimal outdoor living experience all year round. During the summer, you can sit outside and enjoy barbecues, while in the winter, you can roast marshmallows and curl up with a hot cocoa.
Types of fire pit
Typically a fire pit can be built in three ways- in the ground, on the ground level in a structure made from fire brick and heatproof screed or stone, or on a stand/table. There are also many pit design ideas which you can adopt to suit your garden- from a traditional brick design to a stone structure or a stainless steel bowl. Another thing to consider is the way in which the fire pit will be fueled- you can have a wood fired pit, a natural gas fired pit or a propane fire pit.
