Its function is for Screeding Masonry and making replacement fire bricks for Kilns, Fireplaces, Barbeques and Pizza Ovens. Protects vulnerable materials, which are in danger of being damaged by high heat exposure.

Vitcas HB60 is a hydraulically setting, heat-resistant adhesive formulated for fixing tiles, fire bricks, and for use in the construction of stoves, wood-fired pizza ovens, tiled stoves, barbecue grills, and fireplaces. It is also suitable for gap filling and offers an extended working time, allowing for accurate positioning and adjustment during installation.

Stove Fire Rope comes in diameters from 6mm to 12mm and withstands temperatures up to 550°C (1020°F). Made from soft, knitted fibres, it offers flexibility for a precise fit. The black finish makes it ideal for airtight seals in stove flue systems, stove doors, and around glass, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

Stove Fire Rope – White and Firm is made from braided glass fibres and is available in diameters from 3mm to 20mm. Resistant to 550°C (1020°F), it is ideal for high-temperature sealing, jointing, and gasketing, including flue system connections to appliances.

Stove Fire Rope - Black is a firm, braided fire rope available in diameters from 6mm to 12mm, with heat resistance up to 550°C (1020°F). It is ideal for high-temperature sealing, jointing, and gasketing applications, such as sealing flue systems to stoves and other heating appliances.

VITCAS High Temperature Silicone is a flexible sealant designed to withstand high temperatures up to 315ºC. It is perfect for joints in contact with high temperatures, such as flues, ovens, gaskets, stoves, boilers, and more. Heat Resistant silicone sealant provides excellent adhesion to most building materials, ensuring a strong and durable bond.

VITCAS High Temperature Plasterboard is a non-combustible fireproof board which does not contain any gypsum. Can be used with Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster in areas where Vitcas Fireplace Render cannot be applied. Non-flammable rating A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1:2019. Fire and water-resistant, mould and mildew resistant.

Vitcas Heat Resistant Paint – High Temperature Spray 400ml – Red is designed to withstand temperatures up to 300°C (572°F). It is ideal for painting brake callipers on cars and motorbikes, as well as furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other metal surfaces exposed to high heat.

Fireproof Render is ideal for rendering brick, stone, concrete, and breeze block fireplaces and stoves. This base coat is designed to support the Vitcas Heat Resistant Plaster finish coat. It withstands temperatures up to 1400°C / 2550°F.

VITCAS Reeded Fire Resistant Insulation Board is resistant to 1100ºC (2010ºF). Vermiculite Board with fire-proof insulation is used as a head shield, a register plate or as replacement fire bricks for wood burning or multi fuel stoves, range cookers.

Vitcas Rope High Temperature Adhesive- Stove Rope Seal Glue. High temperature adhesive that withstands very high temperatures is used to secure thermal rope/tape and ceramic fibre seal. Especially designed for range cookers, boilers, wood-burning or multi-fuel stoves.

Stove Rope Replacement Kit is in diameters from 6mm to 12mm. Contains 2 metres of Vitcas White Fire Rope, Vitcas Rope Adhesive and Protective Gloves. The kit is for renewal of any sealing in your stove e.g. in its flue system, or between the stove door and body of the stove, or in the stove glass.

Fibreglass Self-Adhesive Stove Thermal Tape (white) with self-adhesive backing is ideal for sealing and insulating stove glass, furnaces, boilers, metalwork, and pipework. It is also used in seals around window frames in wood and coal stoves, as well as in fireplaces.

VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Grout. For grouting tiles which have been fixed with VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive. Resistant to 1000°C. The tile grout fills in the gaps around tiles in a high temperature setting such as a fireplace, a tiled stove, or on the back wall of a range cooker.

Vitcas Heat Resistant Paint – High Temperature Spray 400ml – White is a heat-resistant spray paint designed to withstand temperatures up to 800°C (1472°F). It is ideal for painting stoves, radiators, furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other equipment exposed to high temperatures in both domestic and industrial settings.

Vitcas Board Adhesive - a specially formulated, heat resistant adhesive ideal for securing and sealing joints across a wide range of boards. This includes Vermiculite Board, High Temperature Plasterboard, Fireplace Construction Board, among other insulation and fireproof boards. Uniquely designed to handle extreme conditions, Vitcas Board Adhesive can resist temperatures up to an impressive 1350°C.
